How do I book a private driver with Darbye Rides?
Fill in the booking form (date, passenger count, route) or message us on WhatsApp. We aim to confirm within 2 hours, with the fixed quote; a booking is confirmed only once you receive our written confirmation.
Is the price fixed once the quote is confirmed?
Yes. Once the quote is confirmed in writing, the agreed price does not change, except for genuinely variable costs (tolls, parking, border taxes) on longer itineraries, which are always announced in advance.
Is there a public price list?
No. Every trip is quoted individually, per vehicle rather than per person, and confirmed by WhatsApp, Telegram or email before you book. Request your quote through the form or WhatsApp.
What are your starting prices for transfers and excursions?
We do not publish starting prices: every transfer or excursion gets a fixed quote, per vehicle, before you book, with no hidden fees. Request your quote through the form or WhatsApp.
Are tolls and parking charged extra?
The confirmed quote price stays fixed. Only genuinely variable costs (tolls, parking, border taxes) on longer itineraries may be added, and you are told in advance.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, holding a name board. The driver helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or riad, with no sharing of the vehicle with other passengers.
What if my flight is delayed or early?
Give us your flight number when you book, and contact us if your flight time changes so we can arrange your pickup with you. Your driver waits for you at arrivals.
Which vehicles do you offer, with how many seats and bags?
Four air-conditioned categories: SUV (3 seats, 3 bags), Van (7 seats, 5 bags), Large Van (14 seats, 12 bags) and Minibus (17 seats, 18 bags). Tell us your passenger count when booking and we propose the right vehicle.
Which vehicle models do you use?
By category: Skoda Kodiaq or similar (SUV, 3 seats); Mercedes Vito or similar (Van, 7 seats); VW Crafter or similar (Large van, 14 seats); Mercedes Sprinter or similar (Minibus, 17 seats). The vehicle on the day may be an equivalent of the same category.
What if my group is larger than 17 people?
The largest vehicle is the Minibus (17 seats). For a bigger group, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your passenger count and we look at a multi-vehicle solution with you.
Is the ride shared with other travellers?
No. All our rides are private and direct: the vehicle and driver are reserved for your group, with no ride-sharing.
Which services do you offer?
Airport transfers, private city tours, day excursions, multi-day circuits (including the Sahara) and group transport across Morocco, with a private driver.
Which cities and regions do you cover?
Marrakech, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga, the Atlas Mountains, the Agafay desert, Casablanca, Ouarzazate, Agadir, Tangier, Rabat, the Ouzoud waterfalls and Zagora, all within Morocco.
Can I book a driver by the hour?
Yes, a "by the hour" trip type is available in the booking form: a driver and vehicle stay at your disposal. The rate is given in the fixed quote, before you book.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us on WhatsApp at +212 776 175 631 or by email at support@darbye.com as soon as possible. Nothing to pay in advance: you pay on the day of your trip. Change of plans? Just let us know at least 72 hours before, so we can free up your driver.
